Cats and dogs are welcome.
Up to two pets per home, with a 25 pound weight limit and breed restrictions. There is a $350 non-refundable pet fee and $25 per month in pet rent for each animal. Bring vaccination records to the office when you apply.
Assistance animals are not pets and are not subject to these fees.

Tours run six days a week.
Walk the grounds, see the plan you are interested in, and ask what is actually available this month. Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:30, Saturday 10:00 to 5:00.
